AUDITIONS

58 Greene A Cappella normally hold auditions twice a year, once early in the fall semester and again in early winter semester if necessary.

Feel free to sing a song that best showcases your vocal style and strengths. Classical or musical theatre songs are not encouraged.

We welcome everyone to audition, regardless of where you are in your musical journey!

Absolutely! We encourage anyone who is interested to audition again in future semesters. Many current Greenies were selected after auditioning more than once. There is no penalty for re-auditioning, and we love seeing returning auditionees grow and develop as performers.

If you're selected for callbacks, we'll contact you as soon as possible. You'll prepare a memorized one-minute cut of a different song than your audition piece, ideally one that showcases a different aspect of your voice (e.g., a different register or style).
